Happy Chinese New Year!
Being a year 11 student has it's ups and downs.. One of the downs so far this year is that I'm so busy with coursework and revision, I made myself decide that I wouldn't go to Manchester with my parents for dinner and not go to any celebration parties. *sigh* Anyway, on a brighter note, I woke up to Chinese food for brekkie and got 'Red Pockets' which is basically a pretty red envelope with money inside (which you're not allowed to open until fifteen days (last day of Chinese New Year) is over).
So here I am, blogging and revising science for my exam on Thursday whilst every Chinese person I know is out having fun. (:
So yeah, Happy Chinese New Year, year of the Dragon!

Chinese New Year.
Being Asian (Chinese), it's that time of the year again; Chinese New Year. 2012 is the year of the Dragon (every child born this year from the 23rd of January 'til Chinese New Year next year, their Chinese Zodiac is the Dragon). The dragon is a sign of power and strength so I'm suspecting there will be many more Chinese babies born this year.
So here's the first picture of Sushi on this blog. :D It's not traditional for the Chinese to eat sushi on CYN as sushi comes from Japan, but this was part of my CYN feast of 2011. Nom nom.
Since last year was the year of the rabbit, a Chinese restaurant in York made rabbit buns their CNY specialty (although I couldn't bear eating them). ~Bitesized.

Daniel's love for Rupert.
It looks like even the actors themselves are gonna miss having their best friends of almost a decade around because there are no more movies. :c
