As much as GCSE has ruined the fun for me (Bitesized), whenever I finish a piece, how ever bad, it feels great. One of my favourite artists is Picasso. Using such simple lines and adding vast colours, make each painting stand out.
Another is Arthur Rackham. He illustrated the Alice in Wonderland adventures in such detail, it's stunning. The dark colours that compliment the sweetness of the odd world Alice has ventured into, the fine detail of each image drawn with care in a children's book which normal kids wouldn't even appreciate, his ability to make the (in my opinion) story that drags on make me take interest. You get the point, so yeah. Art. Art is defined by so many things, like in English, my teacher told us that one year in Tate Modern, some person just put a bed and some condoms over it out on display.. Art is opinionated and with no real definition.
Our friends have amazing art work. So we're going to try our best to show some here. (:![]() |

This is one our friend, Jack's (as you can see, his mother is normal and has given him a normal name c; ), blog. He's one of the most talented artists we have come across in our 15/16 years of life but he seems to be too shy to give himself any credit for it. BUT he has seem to have made a blog just for it, so I hope you enjoy!: http://jacksworldofart.blogspot.com/
